Do you service systems you didn’t install?

Yes — all major brands: Lennox, Carrier, Trane, Daikin, Mitsubishi and more. We also provide manufacturer warranty support on systems we didn’t install.

What’s the difference between a tune-up and an inspection?

An inspection checks condition. A tune-up calibrates, cleans, and adjusts the system. ProCare members get both — following the manufacturer’s exact checklist.

What if I need a repair — not just maintenance?

You receive 10% off repair services plus reduced cost diagnostic services with any approved repair. Every repair carries a one-year labor warranty while your membership is active.

Is there a long-term commitment?

ProCare is a monthly membership. Extended labor warranties require an active plan. Full terms are provided at enrollment. Call 916-927-4500 with any questions.

What does “priority scheduling” mean?

We take care of our ProCare members first. When scheduling service, our members are prioritized over non-members — especially during peak summer and winter seasons.

What if I move to a new home?
