Family-owned and operated with 60 years of expertise in heating, ventilating, air conditioning and sheet metal fabrication, serving the greater Sacramento area.

Our goal is to provide the highest quality design and installation services, on schedule, and on budget along with outstanding customer service.We understand that time and cost are crucial so we strive to go above and beyond your expectations.

We have experience in nearly every type of HVAC and sheet metal projects ranging from industrial, commercial, multi-family and single-family homes. We now primarily focus on new residential home production.

Our installation crews have been trained in mechanical design installation as well as factory trained on the technical aspect of all the HVAC equipment. We have decades of experience in dealing with tight production schedules that are set upon builders throughout different cycles of the year.

Homeowners

Warranty Promise

Your heating and air conditioning system installed by Deal Mechanical is warranted to be free from defects for at least one year from the close of escrow. This warranty is offered through a partnership between your builder and Deal Mechanical. Please work with your builder representative for additional information.

Warranty Requests

We take warranty repair requests Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm. For warranty service, please call us at 916.927.4500.
